1. Introduction

Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing or using a blueprint from R8way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. R8way is a library of digital engineering blueprints, not a consulting service or software-as-a-service platform.

These Terms govern access to products sold under the brand R8way, operated by Nithya Narayanan (Individual).

2. Nature of Products

Digital Goods: Our products are digital downloads consisting of code, configuration files, and documentation ("Blueprints").

No Service Component: The purchase grants you access to the files. It does not include implementation support, customization services, troubleshooting, or managed hosting. The products are provided "as is."

3. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a Blueprint, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the code subject to the following rights and restrictions:

You Can:

  • Use the code in an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects.
  • Modify, adapt, and combine the code with other software.
  • Use the code to build applications or infrastructure for your clients (e.g., if you are a consultant or agency).

You Cannot:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code itself as a standalone product (e.g., you cannot sell a "better version" of the blueprint or publish it to a public repository).
  • Use the product in a way that directly competes with R8way's business of selling infrastructure blueprints.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets and source code, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to read the product description and FAQs carefully before purchasing.

5. Updates and Support

Updates: We may release updates to improve the Blueprints, but we are under no obligation to provide updates on a specific schedule.

Support: We do not provide technical support for deploying or modifying the code. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical skills to use the blueprints.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and original source code remain the intellectual property of R8way. Your license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Blueprints are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the code will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or compatible with all future cloud provider changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R8way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Blueprints. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts within the United States.
