All purchases are made from Nithya Narayanan (Individual) under the brand R8way.

1. Digital Goods (All Sales Final)

R8way sells digital products (code, configuration files, and documentation). Because digital goods are non-returnable once delivered, all sales are final.

2. What You Receive

After purchase, you receive access to downloadable files and/or access links. Please review the product description and FAQs before purchasing.

3. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access to the purchased files, contact us and we will work to resolve delivery or billing issues promptly.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, access to digital goods may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We recommend contacting us so we can help quickly.
