License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of R8way digital products (“Blueprints”), including source code, configuration files, templates, and documentation. By purchasing, downloading, or using a Blueprint, you agree to this license.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate the Blueprint into personal or commercial projects. This license is non-transferable and is granted to the purchaser (an individual or organization). If the purchaser is an organization, its employees and contractors may use the Blueprint on the organization’s behalf.

2. Permitted Use

  • Use the Blueprint in unlimited internal, personal, or commercial projects.
  • Modify or adapt the Blueprint to meet your requirements.
  • Use the Blueprint to build infrastructure or software for clients.

3. Restrictions

  • No redistribution: you may not redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Blueprint source code as a standalone product (including posting it in public repositories).
  • No resale: you may not resell the Blueprint source code itself (including “repackaged” or slightly modified versions).
  • No competing products: you may not use the Blueprint to create products that directly compete with R8way’s business of selling digital infrastructure blueprints.
  • No AI training: you may not use the Blueprint, documentation, or other content to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or AI models (including building datasets from it) for any purpose.

4. Ownership

R8way retains all right, title, and interest in the Blueprints and associated content. This agreement grants usage rights and does not transfer ownership.

5. Updates and Support

Blueprints are provided as digital goods. We may release updates, but do not guarantee any schedule. Unless explicitly stated, purchases do not include implementation services or technical support.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Blueprint source code.
